Refunds & Exchanges
We try to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible. To insure you receive the correct items, please be sure to measure your dogs for proper sizing. If Decadent Dog mistakenly shipped the wrong size or item, we will gladly pay for return shipping and for the new item to be shipped. However, Decadent Dog must receive the original item back prior to re-shipping. The returned item must not be damaged and must be in the new condition as it was originally sent by Decadent Dog. Any item deemed to have a manufacturer defect or damaged will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If the manufacturer determines it is not a manufacturer defect Decadent Dog can not replace or exchange the item nor will Decadent Dog pay for shipping of item. Please check items as soon as they arrive to insure the item is the correct item ordereded.

There will be a $5.00 fee for items returned due to customer error (sizing, color etc.)for purchases up to $50.00 and a $15.00 fee for purchases of $51.00 and above.
